winning chef Julien Plumart.

Cocoa offers a wide selection of pastries, cakes, tarts, biscuits, jams, ice cream, sandwiches, quiches, toasties and salads. Eat in or take away, it has something for everyone. Intimate seating overlooking a mural of roofs over Paris sets an atmosphere both relaxing and bohemian.

For breakfast, lunch or an afternoon "tete a tete", Cocoa is the choice for discerning Brightonians. Beautiful cakes to celebrate weddings, birthdays and leaving do's, made to order.

Cocoa only use the finest ingredients to guarantee wonderful flavours and the best result. Hazelnuts and almond come from Spain and Italy , Vanilla from Madagascar, the chocolate is "Grand Cru" supply by the French company Valrhona. And many of theirs cakes are finished with real gold powder.
